Cabling Installation & Maintenance – Enterprises clamoring for upgrade to NBASE-T Ethernet switches, Wave 2 wireless LANs: Dell’Oro
According to Dell’Oro Group, an analyst firm to the telecommunications, networks, and data center IT industries, enterprises are eager to upgrade their campus networks to NBASE-T Ethernet switches and Wave 2 wireless LAN access points.
“Despite the limited availability of products, market shipments of NBASE-T in the second half of 2016 surged,” observes Tam Dell’Oro, president of Dell’Oro Group. “We interpret these results as a reflection thatenterprise users are hungry for multi-gigabit bandwidth to support the traffic from their wireless devices.
